Do I receive the benefit on the 1st of every month or on my membership charge date?
Primary Full Access Members will receive (4) 1-Hour Court Reservation credits on the membership charge date.
Do the credits rollover?
No, any unused credits by the end of that monthly membership cycle will automatically expire.
Can I use all of the reservation credits at once?
Yes, you can use them as long as they are within the valid dates/times.
Can my family or friends use my credit?
Non-members can play on the reservations, but check-in must be done by an active member (primary/spouse/junior) on the account.
Do I need to be there for my reservation?
An active member (primary/spouse/junior) on the account must be present upon check-in to use the court reservation credit.
Can I walk-in and use it without booking a reservation in advance?
We cannot guarantee a court will always be readily available. It’s highly recommended to book in advance.
Can I use my benefit for my training/lessons with the coach?
No, training/lessons on the courts are excluded. Training fees still apply.
What if someone books a court and they don’t show up?
We will follow our regular policies for court reservations – No call, no show will result in forfeiture of the hour credit.
