What does my healthcare fitness program cover for HPC?

If eligible (program verification required), it would cover our Restricted Membership which allows access for Open Play on Monday-Friday from 10AM-5PM only.

Can I come anytime outside the restricted hours with my healthcare fitness program?

If you just have the Restricted Membership, you will have to pay for an All Day Pass ($15 + tax) if you come outside the restricted hours (Monday-Friday 10AM-5PM).

Your healthcare fitness program only covers the Restricted Membership. You can also upgrade to the Full Access Membership at a 25% discount.

How can I get the Full Access Membership instead?

Let our staff know that you’d like to upgrade to the Full Access Membership. Eligible healthcare program members get a 25% discount off our Full Access Membership.

Please note: Upgrading to the Full Access Membership means you will be paying for your membership. Your healthcare provider does not cover the cost of your Full Access Membership.

Do I have to come set this up in-person?

Yes, healthcare verification may require additional personal information. We will also need to take your photo for your HPC Membership ID card.

When is the best time to come set this up?

We recommend coming in any day before 4PM, to avoid peak-time lines. The process can take between 10-15 minutes depending if any additional personal information is required for verification.

What happens if I cancel my fitness plan after my membership with HPC is set up?

The healthcare fitness program will notify our facility that you are no longer eligible. You will lose access to whichever membership that you signed up for.
